Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.

Our home is located near all the outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding and any other adventure you can imagine. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are all within reach!

The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 + tax for 1 pet and $200 +tax for 2 pets max.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!

NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood, but feel free to use the fire pit/table on the deck!

You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville, the elevation is 10,000 feet, while Twin Peaks is around 9,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.View More
