Take your shoes off, relax, and enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom condo that is located right across the highway from Lionshead Gondola. Getting your skiing or snowboarding fix is as easy as a short walk to the resort. Note: while the cancellation policy is strict, if you think you may need to cancel we recommend getting travel insurance at SquareMouth. This is a contactless entry, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the ground floor. Easy access with 1 parking spot right in front of the condo. Both bedrooms have queen tempur-pedic mattresses and spacious closets. TV in the living room with chrome cast. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine, cookware, and crockpot. In the summer, there are plenty of hikes to explore. Make a trip to the local Farmers Market for local produce, vendors, and artisan goods. Wander through the village to browse shops, view public art, and dine at the many excellent restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Guests have full access to the condo and back patio. There is a coin operated washer/ dryer in unit #3 just a few steps away. We respect your privacy, including a contactless check in, but we're just a text/phone call away if you have any questions! This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of i-70 and across from the resort. Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. A free year-round bus makes it easy to get to Vail Mountain with all of your gear. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. Check google and Vail public transit sites for details. - No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit - No parties or groups of more than 4 - No pets. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am. Overall I would say this is great place to stay very close to Vail mountain, on the bus route (literally bus stop is 100 feet away) which is great so you don't have to pay to park in Vail Village or Lionshead. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable although my son said the primary bedroom bed was more comfortable than the secondary. Water pressure is the shower is excellent and the living room was comfortable. There is a patio as this is a ground floor unit which could use a bit of cleaning up but was very nice to have to stop outside and the kitchen is very well appointed. The sliding door to the patio sticks a bit but it worked. Our only issue was the TV (only one tv which is in the living room) stopped working while we were there and was not fixed before we left but things happen. Overall I would stay here again.Show more

Spacious- one couple and a single but two couples could totally fit. Kitchen well equipped. We felt safe, walking distance from shuttle (even with all ski/snow gear), phenomenal water pressure. Beds could use an update as my side was a bit worn in but it didn’t prevent me from sleeping well.Show more

This place has a great location and is reasonably priced. It has all the basics and more (boot dryer, blue tooth speaker, etc). I would give it 5 stars, but it is an older condo, and it has older condo issues. 1st issue is uneven heating. If the bedroom doors are closed, then the bedrooms will get hot while the living room is cold. Opening the bedroom doors resolves this, but open bedroom doors are not ideal for many reasons. 2nd issue: Limited hot water. By 8 am there is no hot water available for the unit. My assumption is that there is a shared hot water heater for the building. Plenty of hot water at 5 pm, however, so plan accordingly. All said, happy with the condo, but could have been more comfortable.Show more
