At Traverse Hospitality, we believe that your vacation rental should work for you! As your property managers, we take care of bookings, payments, listings, advertising, cleaning, and guest interactions. We're here to make sure that you get the very most out of your home!


We're dedicated to making your stay at one of our properties the best it could possibly be! Your health and safety are important to us! Check-in at all of our properties is contactless, but don't worry, our virtual guest service team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you have.

Our Philosophy

After a couple of years of renting out extra couches and spare rooms, we (Alex and Nadim) started [Formerly High Rocky Homes] in 2016. In 2024 we decided to rebrand the company to Traverse Hospitality. We started this company because we wanted to become the property managers that we were looking for. Starting with a modern approach that focuses on owners and gives guests the best experience, we were able to expand our company to several regions in Colorado and over 100 listings. We pride ourselves on helping people make simple, safe, and smart real estate decisions. Owning a vacation home should be affordable. We make it so.

Meet The Team

Sabrina Colella

I'm Sabrina, the CEO of Traverse Hospitality. Joining the company in 2021, I bring with me a robust background in the multi-family property management industry, boasting 16 years of hands-on experience. Throughout my career, I've carved a successful path marked by achievements in acquisitions, team building, and the transformation of properties into profitable ventures. My journey has been one of overcoming numerous challenges, resulting in invaluable insights that have proven instrumental in navigating the complexities of the property management world. Seamlessly transitioning to Traverse Hospitality, I applied my wealth of knowledge to the short-term property management industry. Starting as the Operations Director followed by COO, I focused on creating streamlined processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our endeavors. I took pride in building a dedicated team to handle all guest communication, ensuring that concerns and questions are addressed promptly and efficiently. As the CEO of Traverse Hospitality, I am fueled by a passion to elevate the company to the next level in a healthy and strategic manner. With a fantastic team supporting me, I approach this journey with confidence and determination. Outside of the professional realm, I savor life's moments with my husband and our two French Bulldogs. Our shared joys include traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with our fur babies. A recent convert to golf, I've developed a complete obsession with the sport. Join me in this exciting adventure as we navigate the future of Traverse Hospitality with innovation, dedication, and a touch of personal flair.

Helen Madril

I’m Helen, one of the property managers for Traverse Hospitality. I am bilingual and have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. I am dedicated and have a passion on ensuring our guests create memories of a lifetime and have a wonderful experience in their “home away from home “. I thrive on guest satisfaction and feel blessed to be in the high country. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating memories of my own. Love being outdoors and going to new places.

Alex Haler

I'm Alex, one of the co-founders and Chief Revenue Officer of Traverse Hospitality. Being in the mountains has been incredibly impactful for me, so working to give more people access to the mountains with High Rocky Homes has been an incredible experience for me. I spend most of my days working on business development, talking with owners and investors and making sure that we're constantly elevating the guest experience. When I'm not working, I'm trail running with my wife and 2 dogs, skiing or exploring Colorado.

Bobby Ross

Hello! My name is Bobby Ross - Director of Operations. I have spent my career in the start-up real estate space in Denver and surrounding areas the past 8 years, and it seems only fitting to transition into this new role as the Director of Operations for Traverse. I am and have been a real estate agent and managing broker in many capacities, both as an agent serving buyers and sellers directly, and in leadership roles managing several different real estate teams. Finding ways to create and build excellent services and processes while scaling and taking on new volume are at my forte. As an accomplished agent and manager I have successfully helped hundreds of home buyers and home sellers achieve their goals, and I can't wait to meet you all and help you achieve yours through property ownership and property management. Making sure your properties bring utmost joy to the guests who stay in them is something I'm really excited for, and I can't wait to see what kinds of impacts I can bring to the Traverse Hospitality team. Aside from my passion for helping others through customer service, my biggest passions lie in the mountains and with my family. I have been married 4 years to my wife Ileana; we have a 3-year-old son Javier, and a 7-year old great pyrenees mix, Ringo - they are quite the pair. The four of us spend time skiing/snowboarding, camping, Jeeping, and hiking together (and I am always trying to sneak out for 18 when the weather is nice). We are looking forward to many new mountain adventures in Leadville and surrounding areas.

Nadim Tannous

I'm Nadim Tannous, one of the co-founders and managing director of Traverse Hospitality. One of my biggest passions in life is hosting people and ensuring they have a great time away from their day to day lives, whether it's personal for dinners and weekend getaways with friends, or for work. I have a passion for languages/ cultures and you can often find me conversing with guests who are visiting from all over the world. When I'm not working on our business, you can find me outside playing sports, whether that's rock climbing, tennis, pickle ball or just on a hike.
