This is a 2 story home, 4 bedroom (6 beds -1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Twin), 3 bathroom and is not only perfectly situated, but it also everything you need for your getaway vacation. Family and friend friendly! Just 15 minutes from Ski Cooper and 30 minutes away from Copper Mountain! Enjoy a nice warm soak after some skiing or hiking in the hot tub. (Hot Tub, non-chlorine!).
A hot tub is located in the backyard on the deck! Please note this is a 4-person hot tub.

All of our guests bring their cars - cars are needed for most mountain adventures in Colorado. This home is centrally located to most of central Colorado's great outdoor activities.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.View More

It was a good stay for our families. The downstairs gets cold only due to the thermostat kicking off because it gets warm upstairs with all the natural light. They are proactive for those who find this uncomfortable by having a heater and extra blankets. With that, we were all comfortable. When we did reach out with a few questions regarding house needs, they replied with a quick and friendly response.Show more Rebecca
