Property Highlight: Mom’s House in Leadville, CO

215 E 7th St. Leadville, CO 80461

This original Leadville home has stayed in the family for several generations.

This 3 bed, 2 bath home was built in 1914, one block away from Harrison Ave. the main street in the highest altitude town in Colorado – Leadville. This charming place is called “Mom’s House” because the 4 owners were raised by their single mother in this very house.

Mom worked tirelessly everyday to make ends meet while taking care of 4 boys and creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and nurturing. The owners wish to share this same coziness and welcoming nature that their mom did for them when they were kids growing up in this house.

The minute you walk into the home you can feel its history and share in the warm feelings above despite it having been remodeled recently.

The original charm has been kept with the original fireplace in the living room (non-operational), original light fixtures in the bathrooms, original builders of the house scripting their names above the kitchen.

Mom’s House is a 3 bedroom abode with 2 bathrooms that sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy the backyard patio with benches, grill, and beautiful view of the mountains. At Mom’s House, friends and family are welcomed and encouraged!
