2. The Governor’s Mansion
This is a 6 bedroom house that is separated into 3 units (Main Unit, Parlor Unit, and Attic Loft) but can be combined into one house with private headquarters. This is the home of former Governor Jesse McDonald – the home has been kept in top condition. It encompasses the charm of Leadville and is only a half-block away from main st. 3. The Hilltop Haven
Beautiful home on top of the hill just outside of downtown Leadville! Breath-taking views from the walkout balcony + every single window in the house. The Gem Palace is in the east wing of the Cloud City Castle. Located downtown, this home is beautiful, historic Victorian home.
