At Traverse Hospitality, we believe that your vacation rental should work for you! As your property managers, we take care of bookings, payments, listings, advertising, cleaning, and guest interactions. We’re here to make sure that you get the very most out of your home!

FOR GUESTS
We’re dedicated to making your stay at one of our properties the best it could possibly be! Your health and safety are important to us! Check-in at all of our properties is contactless, but don’t worry, our virtual guest service team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you have.

Our Philosophy

After a couple of years of renting out extra couches and spare rooms, we (Alex and Nadim) started [Formerly High Rocky Homes] in 2016. In 2024 we decided to rebrand the company to Traverse Hospitality. We started this company because we wanted to become the property managers that we were looking for. Starting with a modern approach that focuses on owners and gives guests the best experience, we were able to expand our company to several regions in Colorado and over 100 listings. We pride ourselves on helping people make simple, safe, and smart real estate decisions. Owning a vacation home should be affordable. We make it so.

Sabrina Colella

Chief Executive Officer

With 16 years in property management, I excel in acquisitions and team building. My focus is on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Outside work, I enjoy travel, cooking, and golf, embracing life’s joys with my family and French Bulldogs.

Property Manager
